Recruitment Process:
1. Online Registration:
- Register in the online admission system: Internetowa Rejestracja Kandydatów - IRK
2. Document Submission:
- Submit the required documents through your personal candidate account in the IRK system.
3. Online Written Test:
- If your documents are approved by the Qualification Commission, you'll take an online written test in English.
4. Admission Interview:
- Pass the written test with a minimum of 50% correct answers to be invited for the admission interview. If you fail the test, your admission process ends.
5. Results Assessment:
- Your test and interview results are summed up to determine your eligibility.
6. Admission Confirmation:
- If you receive the minimum required points, you become admitted to the program.
Required Documents:
1. Secondary School Leaving Certificate/Diploma:
- Must be validated (legalized) or affixed with an Apostille.
- Should grant the right to apply to all types of higher education institutions in the country of issuance and be equivalent to the Polish upper secondary school leaving certificate.
- Must include the following subjects: Biology and either Chemistry or Physics.
2. Eligibility Statement:
- A document confirming your right to apply to all types of higher education institutions in your home country if this isn't stated in your secondary school leaving certificate.
3. Medical Certificate:
- A valid medical certificate confirming your ability to take up studies.
4. Valid Passport.
The Written Test:
- A multiple-choice test consisting of 50 questions: 30 in biology, 12 in chemistry, and 8 in physics.
- Each correct answer awards 1 point, with a total of 50 points available.
- You need at least 25 points to proceed to the interview stage.
- The test is conducted online with anti-cheating measures.
The Interview:
- The interview assesses knowledge in natural and exact sciences (biology, chemistry, physics), motivation for the selected program, and English proficiency.
- The maximum score is 75 points, with sections divided into subject knowledge (max 25 pts.), motivation (max 25 pts.), and English proficiency (max 25 pts.).
- It is conducted online.
